Team T-Rex has been a leader in the online fitness coaching world since its inception in 2009. Created by head coaches Sean Tierney and Adam Headland, the team has grown rapidly due to its success.
Now, Team T-Rex has 10 coaches and well over one hundred athletes who all share the same passions – hard work and great results.
While bodybuilding is an individual sport out on the stage, having a supportive team behind you makes a world of difference. This is what separates Team T-Rex from other teams. It’s a tight-knit group of athletes who provide support and motivation to one another from all ends of the country. From team work-outs, social events, and cheering sections at competitions, it is truly a family built around a love of fitness.
Backed by knowledge and demonstrated through application, Team T-Rex has an added edge by partnering with other health and fitness experts. To further advance our results, coaches and athletes have access to holistic nutritionists, posing coaches, as well as various therapists (e.g., massage, chiropractic, physiotherapy). Team T-Rex has expanded their reach and created this network of industry experts. Pair this with the ability to pull knowledge from fellow coaches, and the team standing behind you is far deeper than just one person.
