Things to know:


The Challenge is a 6-week program for regular, everyday people looking to get back on track with their fitness and body goals.

  • T-Rex Training has been running transformation challenges like this for the past 6 years with over 1200+ success stories.

  • You do not need gym access to participate. We customize all programs based on what you have available. 

  • All participants will complete a full health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle assessment prior to to starting the challenge which will help us to customize your program.

  • We provide all participants with a professionally customized program (training, cardio, diet, supplements, etc) , designed by one of our expert coaches.

  • You will have access to a user friendly, easy-to-navigate app to access your program on-the-go and be able to log and track your progress daily/weekly.

  • This Is not an extreme weight loss challenge. It’s a realistic program tailored to your goals that can be maintained long term.

  • The Challenge will require hard work, consistency and some sacrifice to reach your goals. It will be extremely rewarding, but not easy.

FAQs

When does the challenge start?

It begins on January 9, 2023 until February 19, 2023.

Can I sign up for the challenge if I joined a previous challenge?

Yes! And we won’t judge! Maybe you didn’t have enough time to reach your goals or want a second round because you think you can do better this time, or maybe covid did a number on your body and you need some extra motivation to get back on track.

I purchased a package that doesn‘t include in-person sessions, can I purchase these separately?

Absolutely. you can purchase in-person sessions on a pay-as-you-go basis. The rate is $100 per 75min session.

I changed my mind and want to upgrade my package. Am I able to do this?

Absolutely. You have until March 28, 2022 to upgrade your package.

Do I need access to a gym to join?

It is recommended but not required. The beauty of a customized program is that we tailor your program specifically to you and whatever equipment you have access to.

Will my diet change over the 6 weeks?

Yes, if you sign-up for the silver, gold or platinum packages, you will be doing full check-ins every other week. During those check-ins, we would review your entire program and provide updates based on your progress and feedback. This would almost always include tweaks to your meal plan to keep you on track.

What is the difference between the packages?

With each level up, you get more of the coach’s time and personal involvement into your transformation.


Bronze – You get a custom program, group support forum and access to the bi-weekly video meetings.


Silver – All the above, PLUS your own personal coach for the 6-weeks with bi-weekly online check-ins.


Gold – All the above PLUS three 75-minute training sessions plus check-ins with your coach.


Platinum
- Everything included in Bronze and Silver PLUS a 1-hour photoshoot with Inside Fitness Magazine’s chief photographer, Arsenik studios ($750 value).

What is the process to get started?

Select your coaching option and add to cart. Upon checkout, you will be sent an email with a form to complete. This is to give us enough info about you so that we can properly customize your program.

I have a gift voucher. Can I use this towards the 6-week challenge?

If you have received a gift voucher which states a particular item, then you are only eligible to receive the specified item. (Ex. One In-Person Training Session, or One Silver Membership.) If you received a gift card, then you can use the gift card balance towards any goods/services on our website. Vouchers and coupons may not be combined to receive a bigger discount and are limited to one coupon/voucher per transaction.

“Immediately before COVID, my marriage dissolved, my mother passed away…and then lock down hit.  Throughout my time at home my sorrow turned to self pity…My self pity turned into complacency.  I didn’t care about myself anymore and grew to hate the person I saw in the mirror.  I was barely living.
